Coaching has been used for many years in professional sport to enhance the performance of men and women who are already performing at a high level. Executive and non-executive coaching, business mentoring and life coaching aim to achieve similar performance gains through one-to-one conversations and purposeful discussions to tease out and challenge self-limiting barriers and assumptions, encourage self development, and facilitate solutions.
Executive and non-executive coaching, business mentoring and life coaching can be delivered face-to-face or by telephone, and are usually provided in blocks of three one to two hour sessions, with a review and feedback session attached to every third session.
The sessions can be spread over three or six to 12 months as required. Rosalind works with whatever you bring to the session, and she will listen carefully and respond pro-actively to your concerns or the issues you raise. Between sessions, you would normally work on some agreed homework.
All discussions during sessions are strictly confidential, and if your manger or HR director is sponsoring the sessions, we will jointly agree the objectives and any feedback to be given to your sponsor.
