Rosalind is an experienced mentor and a qualified coach who applies co-active and solution-based methods. She has a track record of delivering solutions in challenging environments, and her areas of expertise include leadership and management development, working through change and challenge, good governance and working with non-executives, quality and service improvements, and personal development.
Rosalind has many years experience in clarifying problems, working beyond the barriers to identify strengths, and working with these to facilitate solutions that improve and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of performance.
Rosalind offers her clients, experience, skills, flexibility and choice, and she prides herself on her professional approach, the quality of her work, and high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
